Academic painter Neno Mikuliæ was born on March 20, 1964 in Split. In 1987, he graduated at the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology in Zagreb. In August 2002, he won his degree in painting at the Academy of Art in Split, in Gorki Zuvela's class.
