As British holidaymakers look for holiday destinations that do not use the euro, Turkey, Egypt and Croatia will see a significant rise in visitors from the UK in 2009,
according to a report by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and the Travel Association ABTA.
In addition to Turkey, Egypt and Croatia, other destinations that will be favoured by British travellers in 2009, according to the report, include Mexico, Israel, Dubai, the Dominican Republic, St Lucia, Cuba, Aruba, Galapagos Islands, Iceland, Poland and Australia.
