Pol Murvu (Vis) picked for the "best barbecue" in the world |

The Vanity Fair picked Pol Murvu on the island of Vis for the "best barbecue" in the world. It is located high up in
the hills on the Croatian island of Vis, in Zena Glava (under a cave where Tito ran his
resistance, the magazine points out). "This 500-year-old homestead is now a
tavern where fish, organic vegetables, and racks of lamb are grilled over
red-hot embers."
