We are offering apartment ADRIA "L", rating three stars, for accomodation for 2+2 persons during the whole year. Apartment is situated in the center of Split with a beautifull view on the city Riva, sea, the old part of town and the hill Marjan. Apartment is on the third floor, oritentation south-west and it consists of one bedroom with two single or one double bed, spacious living room with couch for additional sleeping for two persons, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, corridor with cupboards, spacious terrace and it measures 55 square meters. It has air conditioning during the summer season and heating during the winter season. Distance from the pharmacy, exchange office, grocery store is 30m and the distance from the nearest restaurant is 5m. Walking distance to the nearest beach is 10 minutes with numerous sandy, rocky and pebble beaches around.
